Kenway Court, a residential care home run by Shaftesbury Group for people with intellectual and physical disabilities, is seeking a Night Enabling Support Worker. The role focuses on providing support, following each person’s care plan, and maintaining records during night shifts.

The post is part-time (30 hours per week) with nursing support for complex needs. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. A DBS check is required and various staff benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS or Access NI check is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide support and encouragement, taking direction from the person supported and their person-centred plan.
• Maintain accurate records during shifts in line with service requirements.
• Administer personal care and medication where required.
