Job summary

This role entails ensuring the safety and security of all campus users, requiring physical fitness to walk long distances and the ability to engage with diverse individuals. The officer will handle incidents, monitor CCTV, and provide customer support, working in a dynamic environment with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Ability to undertake physically demanding tasks, including long walks.
• Experience in providing first aid and mental health first aid.
• Background in security or emergency response is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols around campus as per SOPs.
• Monitor CCTV for crime detection and incident response.
• Log incidents and document actions taken.
• Liaise with police and emergency services.
• Perform first aid when necessary.
• Conduct health and safety checks.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
• Ensure campus security through physical measures.
