Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Bendi-Flexi Driver in Bedford. You will spend a significant part of your day operating a Bendi/Flexi forklift, moving stock and handling warehouse tasks such as picking, goods in, loading and unloading.

The role requires a current Bendi/Flexi or similar MHE licence, experience in warehouses, and strong attention to detail. English communication and teamwork are important for daily operations and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating a Bendi/Flexi forklift.
• Current Bendi/Flexi or other MHE licence/certification.
• Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Good attention to detail when picking and recording stock.
• Good communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Bendi/Flexi forklift trucks to move and position stock.
• Load and unload deliveries accurately and safely.
• Pick customer orders in line with picking instructions and quantities.
• Store incoming stock in correct locations.
• Use scanning equipment to record stock movements and maintain inventory.
