Job summary

Walker Dendle Technical is seeking a Structural Revit Project Technician in Central London to join a growing team. You will take control of draughting and modelling elements using Revit and AutoCAD on mixed new-build and refurbishment projects across London and the South East.

The role requires UK consultancy experience and qualifications at BTEC Level 3 or an HNC/HND in Civil Engineering. A modern, flexible working environment with both office and home working is offered as the practice expands.

Qualifications

• Experience with UK consultancy environments.
• Strong draughting and modelling capability in Revit/AutoCAD.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take control of modelling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead draughting and modelling work for projects in London and the South East.
• Collaborate with engineers and other techs to develop BIM models.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards and deadlines.

Niche Central London consultancy requires a Structural Revit Project Technician to join the well-established team as the business grows.

Candidates will need to have good Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD modelling and draughting skills gained in UK consultancy and be educated to BTEC Level 3 or have an HNC/HND in Civil Engineering. They should be able to work with minimal supervision and to take control of the draughting and modelling elements of the projects they work on.

Current workload is a diverse mixture of both new-build and refurbishment developments across London and the South East, with project values up to £150million. Many of the consultancy's previous projects have been shortlisted and/or have won awards, and they continue to work on some of London's most dynamic developments.
