Job summary

A healthcare trust in Cornwall is seeking an Administrator for the North & East Integrated Transfer Of Care Hub (iToCH). The role involves managing patient referrals and working with a multi-professional team, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills. The position is part-time, covering 8am to 6pm, 7 days a week. Candidates must have relevant healthcare office experience and NVQ 3 in Administration. This role is currently limited to NHS staff in Cornwall or the Isles of Scilly.

Qualifications

• NVQ 3 Administration or equivalent is required.
• Good standard of education including GCSE English and Maths.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage the flow of patient referrals.
• Liaise with multi-agencies for patient flow coordination.
• Monitor referrals using the electronic referral system.

Skills

Ability to prioritise own workload

Previous experience in a healthcare office environment

Computer literate with Microsoft Office

Ability to work calmly under pressure

Education
