Job summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Senior Analyst-BCG Vantage focused on Health Care Services in the United Kingdom. You will act as a go-to SME for strategic questions for the NHS, national bodies, and frontline Trusts, supporting proposal efforts and client engagements with proprietary tools and assets.

You will work with case teams and leaders to deliver analytically rigorous, commercially grounded recommendations, while navigating fast-paced environments and complex regulatory

Qualifications

Experience in strategy consulting within the NHS environment is required or equivalent industry experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders.
Ability to work in a virtual, cross-functional team using agile methods.

Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert on health care services in the UK for NHS boards and trusts.
Support proposal efforts, client engagements, IP development and tool design.
Analyze performance of Integrated Care Boards and NHS Trusts and benchmark findings.
Develop and validate new business opportunities and implement concepts with client teams.
Monitor UK health policy changes and implications for clients and bids.
