What you will do:

  • Conduct thorough Gyn/General ultrasound examinations, providing accurate and timely results to referring clinicians.
  • Maintain comprehensive and precise patient records in accordance with the clinic’s standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and optimise health outcomes.
  • Utilise advanced ultrasound technology to ensure thorough diagnostic imaging and appropriate interpretation of results.
  • Guide and advise patients throughout their scan procedure, ensuring comfort and addressing any concerns.

Requirements of the Sonographer:

  • Must be HCPC registered and be a qualified Radiographer with specialised experience in Sonography.
  • Recent postgraduate experience in the UK working as a Sonographer is essential.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK and meet all necessary immigration requirements.
  • Proficiency in English language skills, both written and verbal, is a must.
  • Previous experience in Gyn/General ultrasound is required.
  • Must have a PVG to ensure a safe and secure healthcare environment.
