Job summary

Vita Health Group is seeking an MSK Physiotherapist to join our clinics across the London Borough of Bromley. The role involves delivering remote and face-to-face assessments and treatments with a focus on evidence-based practice and CSP standards.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with HCPC and CSP registration, NHS/telehealth exposure beneficial, and some evening work. Clinician support and career development opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote and face-to-face MSK assessments and treatments across clinic sites in Bromley.
• Aim to exceed service user expectations with excellent outcomes and customer service.
• Meet clinical and service KPIs with support from Team Leader and clinical team.
• Flexibility to work some evenings and travel to clinic locations as needed.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Dependent on experience

Are you looking for a new opportunity as a MSK Physiotherapist role where you can start or develop your career in a fast-paced environment within our growing organisation? We have a role available operating from our clinics across the London Borough of Bromley.

This is an excellent opportunity to build on your physiotherapy experience and demonstrate your commitment to delivering quality care and evidence-based practice. You should have HCPC and CSP registration and have a good track record in carrying out high quality MSK physiotherapy assessments in line with CSP core standards of practice.

Previous experience in an NHS setting and a telehealth environment would be good (but not essential) and you should enjoy building positive relationships and working as part of a committed high-performing team.

There will be a need for flexibility with some evening work and key responsibilities include:

• You will be delivering remote and face to face assessments and treatment. Whilst some aspects of the role will involve remote work, ability to commute to either of the clinic locations is essential.
• Aiming to exceed service user expectations by delivering excellent outcomes alongside excellent customer service.
• Candidates must be good at communicating, building relationships, team working and committed to excellence in clinical standards and customer service.
• You will be responsible for meeting clinical and service based key performance indicators.
• You will have the support of a Team Leader and the wider clinical team to help with clinical and operational queries.
