Job summary

NHS England Midlands invites a qualified accountant with NHS or public health finance experience to lead the Midlands Operational Finance Directorate. You will drive financial planning, performance management, and capital/revenue budgeting across NHS organisations.

You will manage teams, navigate NHS financial frameworks, deliver business cases, assurance and regulatory oversight, and partner with senior finance leaders to support reform under the NHS 10-Year Plan.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with NHS/public healthcare finance experience.
• Strong financial analysis and planning capabilities.
• Experience leading finance teams in complex organisations.

Responsibilities
