The successful candidate will provide HR consultancy across divisions, working to address employee relations and manage complex casework. Candidates should possess a CIPD qualification or be working towards it, alongside experience in employee relations. Located across Hillingdon and Mount Vernon hospitals, the role offers an annual salary of £44,485 to £52,521.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualified or working towards it while being evidence of CPD.
• Ability to communicate clearly at all levels both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex HR advice on operational HR matters.
• Undertake complex casework including disciplinary and performance management.
• Support HR Business Partner with HR strategies.
