Job summary

A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Domestic Supervisor to manage domestic staff involved in cleaning duties. The successful candidate will supervise, train, and ensure the maintenance of hygienic clinical areas. Key responsibilities include deployment of staff, quality control, and adherence to safety regulations. Ideal candidates should possess a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and experience in a similar role. This is a permanent position with competitive pay of £24,937 to £26,598 pro rata per annum.

Qualifications

• General Education required.
• Knowledge of NHS policies and risk management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of safe use of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage domestic staff for cleaning duties.
• Conduct Return to Work meetings after absence.
• Ensure completion of training and quality controls.
