• Completion of the Care Certificate within the agreed timescale on starting employment with the Trust.
• An awareness of the roles and responsibilities of a healthcare support worker.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, kind and effective care to patients as part of Team Countess.
• Complete a 7-day Healthcare Assistant Induction and start in the role.
• Support evidence-based practice and national care standards during the transition to Band 3.
