Job summary

Landor in London is seeking a Design Intern to help develop thoughtful design solutions that bring client briefs and brand ideas to life. You will collaborate with peers across brands and partner teams to maintain consistency and push creative concepts forward.

As part of the Next Gen Programme, you will apply design processes, learn industry best practices and explore AI tools to improve efficiency while delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative design solutions that support client briefs and project goals.
• Bring fresh brand, design and trend ideas to the team.
• Collaborate with peers, design colleagues and partner teams to maintain consistency across projects.
• Consider integrated solutions and target audiences, creating work for channels such as digital, print and experiences.
• Work independently and as part of a team, contributing to design critiques.
• Use design processes and best practices to meet project deliverables and timelines.
• Apply strong conceptual thinking to develop innovative design ideas.
• Incorporate brand messaging, colour, imagery, typography and composition into design deliverables.
• Communicate with colleagues and clients in a positive, professional and motivating manner.
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency and speed while maintaining high-quality work.
