Overview

Our client are a long established, prestigious Legal 500 rated law firm in the heart of Essex. They provide top quality work and are completely committed to work life balance and flexible working. They have an excellent opportunity for a newly or recently qualified lawyer with at least a 6 month construction seat.

Responsibilities
  • You will advise their clients on Construction documentation including contracts, sub-contracts, collateral warranties, professional appointments, and bonds.
  • This includes advising on many different standard forms such as JCT and NEC, together with bespoke documentation.
  • Depending on your background, you may also advise on disputes or other development work.
  • The firm acts for developers, consultants, main contractors, and specialist subcontractors; work largely on commercial buildings and blocks of apartments, with core clients who regularly provide repeat work.
