Are you a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) keen to start your induction and complete your sessions whilst gaining valuable teaching experience in schools? If so, Education Supply Pool are looking for NQTs living for the Caerphilly area.

Education Supply Pool work with a variety of schools throughout the Caerphilly and surrounding boroughs including Newport, Monmouthshire, Blanau Gwent. As a Newly Qualified Teacher, supply teaching can provide you with exciting opportunities to gain valuable teaching experience in several different settings and can set a solid foundation for the start of your career.

We at ESP are looking for Newly Qualified Teachers who are passionate about working with young people. This role demands enthusiasm, patience, and a diverse set of skills. We need candidates who are willing to step up to this challenging role with confidence that they can help to develop and nurture these young minds on their way to success.

Successful candidates must:

• Have obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) OR a PGCE BA in Education


• Have previous experience teaching Key Stage 1 / Key Stage 2


• Have experience of teaching within the UK


• Be able to set high standards


• Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline


• Have an innovative and a creative approach to teaching


• Be able to inspire and motivate pupils


• Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum


• Maintain necessary assessment of pupils


• Be adaptable and reliable


• Be a flexible and confident individual

As a valued member of ESP, you’ll receive:

• A minimum pay rate of at least M1 (Currently £166.33 per day)


• A team with over twenty years’ experience in both small, local, and large national education agencies


• A dedicated account manager with a background in teaching


• A £125 recommend a friend scheme (T&C’s apply)


• A variety of daily, short-term, and long-term positions to suit your needs


• No need for completion of time sheets


• Pay via PAYE direct through Education Supply Pool and not an umbrella company
