Job summary

Well Pharmacy is seeking a Newly Qualified Pharmacist with IP qualification to join its Cambridgeshire network as a relief pharmacist. You will be supported through the Well Academy, with a pathway to independent prescribing and ongoing supervision.

The role offers structured growth, access to dedicated mentors, and a framework to build confidence across multiple pharmacies within an hour’s drive of your base location. A driving role with a car is required.

Qualifications

• MPharm degree or equivalent required.
• GPhC registration required at start date.
• IP qualification (Independent Prescriber) preferred or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care across Well Pharmacy network as a relief pharmacist.
• Support diverse pharmacy settings within approximately one hour’s drive of base branch.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical service delivery.
