Job summary

A well-established high-end painting and decorating company in the United Kingdom is seeking a newly qualified painter & decorator. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent qualification with 2-3 years of experience. Responsibilities include working on prestigious projects while maintaining excellent customer service. Candidates must be reliable, hard-working, and live in the Farnham / Guildford area. A driving license is essential.

Job description

Our client is a well‑established high‑end painting and decorating company. They are looking for a newly qualified painter & decorator, ideally who has just finished an apprenticeship and holds an NVQ / City & Guilds or an equivalent qualification with 2‑3 years of experience. Must be able to drive (essential) and have your own white coats. Tools and brushes will be provided to begin with while you build up. Must live in the Farnham / Guildford area.

The company works in very high‑end establishments, stately homes, mansions, celebrity homes and very prestigious projects within the Farnham, Guildford and Reading areas. You will be asked to travel further afield for some projects, and fuel will be supplemented. You will need to sign a non‑disclosure agreement, be well presented, exhibit a high level of customer service, and be willing to learn and progress. You will be DBS checked.

You must be very conscientious, proud of your work and have the williness to succeed. This is a good opportunity to join a well‑established company.
