Rodericks Dental Partners seeks a Newly Qualified Dentist for Melcombe Avenue Dental Practice in Weymouth. The FD+1 scheme supports your first Associate year with real-world learning, expert guidance, and confidence to succeed in NHS and Private dentistry.

The Weymouth practice offers a modern, multi-occupancy site with easy access to the city centre and strong development opportunities through a recognised FD training program.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified dentist with NHS and private dentistry exposure.
• Participation in FD+1 scheme and ongoing professional development expected.
• Adaptability to a busy multi-disciplinary practice with supportive mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide general and cosmetic dental treatment in NHS and private settings.
• Engage with the FD+1 program and undertake study days and mentorship.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care.
