Job summary

Wantage Dental Practice, part of Rodericks Dental Partners, invites Newly Qualified Dentists to join our FD+1 Scheme at Wantage. This bespoke post-foundation year offers real-world learning, expert support, and confidence to work across NHS and Private dentistry.

With 220+ practices across England and Wales, you will gain clinical autonomy with mentorship, built-in CPD, and access to InvisalignGo at a discounted rate, while serving patients seven days a week including daily emergency slots.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified dentist
• Completion of foundation training (DFT/DCT) or equivalent is expected
• NHS and Private dentistry exposure preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide NHS and Private dentistry services at Wantage Practice
• Perform routine check-ups, hygiene, cosmetic dentistry, prosthodontics, and endodontics as appropriate
• Operate in a fully digital practice with emergency slots and open seven days a week
