Rodericks Dental Partners in Swansea invites newly qualified dentists to join the FD+1 Scheme at Llangyfelach Dental Centre. This bespoke post-foundation year offers real-world learning, expert support, and a clear path into both NHS and Private dentistry.

As part of the FD+1 year, you will benefit from clinical autonomy, hands-on/online mentorship, CPD included, and a supportive network across 220+ practices nationwide.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified dentist who has completed DFT or DCT and is seeking their first Associate role.
