Job description
THE ROLE:

Handle a caseload of pre‑litigated and litigated defendant clinical negligence claims

Conduct investigations to assess liability and strategy

Liaise with claimants, solicitors, experts, counsel, and clients

Draft pleadings, correspondence, reports, and legal documents

Maintain and update Case Manager systems, key dates, and action lists

Contribute to business development and profile‑raising activities

SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Qualified solicitor with a passion for clinical negligence law and a proactive approach to work.
  • Excellent analytical and evidence‑assessment skills.
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time‑management skills.
