At Hartwell Readingwe are currently recruiting for a New Car SalesManagerto join us. In this role you will lead and manage the sales process in relation to our new car sales and support our team of Sales Executives. You will need to ensure your team has excellent product knowledge and the skills to sell a range of add-on products, finance and insurance whilst maintaining excellent levels of customer satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for implementing manufacturer and company led sales campaigns and ensuring manufacturer targets and expectations are met.
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious New Car Sales Manager with a proven track record within the automotive industry. We expect you to deliver increased sales performance and operating efficiency, whilst also coaching your team and maintaining high levels of customer care.
