Vivo Group in Ipswich is seeking an experienced Part-Time Team Leader to supervise a small cleaning crew at a prestigious town centre site. This role requires reliable, hands-on leadership from Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 8.30am, with smartphone clocking in/out.

You will oversee cleaning standards, manage tasks, and ensure health and safety guidelines are followed. Pay is £14.45 per hour with free on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning is required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Good time management skills to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervising cleaning standards
• Cleaning main reception entrances - ability to operate a scrubber/dryer machine an advantage
• Sanitise touch points
• Emptying bins
• Restock supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap as required
• Includes some outside work - sweeping leaves, tidying the bin store, litter picking
• Scrubbing floors weekly using a scrubber/dryer
• Follow cleaning procedures and guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment
• Adhere to health and safety regulations
