Siemens Mobility, a global leader in Rail engineering and innovation, is seeking an ambitious post-graduate to join our renowned Siemens Graduate Programme (SGP). This is your chance to work on the development of state‑of‑the‑art solutions, harnessing the power of artificial intelligence and advanced systems for our international customer base.

As part of the Global SGP, for the first 8 months you will be based at the brand-new Siemens Rail Technology Centre in Chippenham, you will then spend the next 8 months in one of our advanced Technology Centres in Europe (Spain or Germany) and the final 8 months back in the UK. The Programme is designed to develop exceptional candidates with a STEM background that have an interest to move into senior business functions. You will be immersed in a number of different business areas, with the aim to identify your career specialism through demonstrated success. You will have access to, and be mentored by, senior executives within the company.
