The Fix are thrilled to be partnering with an innovative homeware and textiles design company at the heart of Winchester, leading the way in creating beautiful, sustainable products for the hospitality industry. We're looking for a hands‑on New Product Development Manager to take ideas from concept to launch – driving innovation, sustainability, and growth across our product range. You'll be the bridge between creativity and commerce, working closely with clients, designers, and suppliers to develop trend‑led, technically brilliant, and commercially successful products.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead the full NPD process – from brief to market launch.
  • Spot trends, explore new materials, and push boundaries in design and manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with clients and sales teams to deliver standout product solutions.
  • Manage supplier relationships and champion sustainability as part of our Net Zero mission.
  • Drive performance with clear KPIs and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proven NPD experience in product, homeware, or textiles.
