Job summary

Virgin Active in London is seeking a New Member & Sales Host to join our Acquisitions team. You will lead membership sales, welcome new members, and craft a standout onboarding experience during their first 90 days.

As the first impression of the club, you will drive warm tours, nurture relationships, and encourage participation in classes, PT, and services, while maintaining top-notch administration and CRM follow-up.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, wellness, or customer-facing environments (desirable).
• A strong passion for people, wellness, and meaningful connection.
• The ability to meet and exceed targets while delivering a premium experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – warm, confident, and engaging.

• Maintain high standards of administration, time management, and communication.

In this role, you will play a part in being responsible for inspiring people to begin their wellness journey, delivering an exceptional sales and onboarding experience, and ensuring every new member feels welcomed, valued and supported through their first 90 days. You are the first impression of the club and a core part of building long-term member relationships.
