People First Team Japan/ピープルファーストチームジャパン in London is seeking a Network & Security Engineer to design, implement and support enterprise network, security and cloud connectivity solutions. You will participate in solution architecture, technical design workshops and customer consultations.

Deliver LAN, Wireless, Cloud and Security projects from scoping through deployment, and produce high-quality documentation and test plans.

Competenze

• CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with enterprise networking, security and cloud connectivity.
• Knowledge of Azure and/or AWS networking.
• Experience designing, deploying and supporting enterprise networks.

Mansioni

• Design, implement and support enterprise network, security and cloud connectivity solutions.
• Participate in solution architecture, technical design workshops and customer consultations.
• Deliver LAN, Wireless, Cloud and Security projects from scoping through deployment.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation including HLDs, LLDs and test plans.
• Troubleshoot complex network, security and cloud incidents.
• Provide second/third line technical support for managed customer environments.
• Support the deployment and optimisation of SASE and SD-WAN solutions.
• Work with vendors and stakeholders to deliver customer solutions.
• Identify opportunities for service improvements, automation and standardisation.

• Experiencewithoneormoreof:Cisco,CiscoMeraki,Juniper,Fortinetproductsandsolutions
• ExperiencetroubleshootingLANandInternetconnectivityissues
• Strongcustomer-facingandcommunicationskills.
