A diverse recruitment agency in the UK is seeking a Malay Speaking Customer Support Representative to provide excellent service to Malay-speaking clients in the forex industry. Successful candidates will possess fluency in Malay and English, strong communication skills, and a finance-related degree. Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, assisting with onboarding, and collaborating with teams to ensure compliance. This role offers a salary starting at £26k, increasing after training.
