Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Malay Speaking Customer Support Representative to provide support for Malay-speaking clients regarding forex trading. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Malay, have customer service experience, and ideally possess a finance-related degree. This full-time on-site role offers an initial salary of £26k, increasing to £27k after five weeks of training.

Qualifications

  • Experience with KYC/AML is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Proven experience in forex trading is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries from Malay-speaking clients.
  • Provide information about forex trading platforms.
  • Assist clients with onboarding and account documentation.
  • Guide clients in using trading platforms.
  • Resolve client issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Collaborate with compliance and sales teams.

Malay Speaking Customer Support Representative -What You’ll be Doing:

  • Respond to incoming inquiries via various channels (phone, email, live chat) from Malay-speaking clients promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about forex trading platforms, products, services, and account-related queries.
  • Assist clients with onboarding, including account registration, verification, and documentation requirements.
  • Guide clients in navigating trading platforms, explaining basic trading concepts, and providing technical support as needed.
  • Resolve client issues, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex cases to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as compliance and sales, to ensure seamless client experiences and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance knowledge of forex trading, customer service skills, and company offerings.

Malay Speaking Customer Support Representative -The Skills You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Fluency in Malay is essential. Proficiency in English is also required.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome. Proven experience and knowledge of forex trading concepts are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to address client issues effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
