Account Manager / Distributor Management (Poland & Baltics region) - What You'll be Doing:

CustomerManagement

  • Buildingandmaintaininggoodworkingrelationshipswithdistributors(SeveralcountriesincludingPoland,Lithuania,Latvia,andEstonia).
  • Overseasbusinesstripswouldbe1-2times/month.
  • Conductbothdistributormanagementanddirectsales.
  • Obtainaccurateforecastsfromcustomers.
  • Establishgoodrelationshipswithcustomerstoresolveconflictsandprovidetimelysolutions.
  • Ensurethatcontracts/agreementsareconcludedwiththecustomer.
  • Generatenewbusinessbyutilisingexistingandpotentialcustomernetworks.

AdministrationManagement

  • Manageaportfolioofaccountstoachievelong-termsuccess.
  • Accountandtransactionstatusreporting.
  • Setandtracksalesaccounttargetsinlinewithcorporateobjectives.
  • Monitorsalesmetrics(e.g.quarterlysalesresultsandannualforecasts).
  • Recommendactionstoimprovesalesperformanceandidentifygrowthopportunities.
  • MonitorcustomerARamountsandcreditlinesonaregularbasis.

  • Spanish/Polish/BalticStateswillbeanadvantagethoughnotnecessary.
