A residential property developer is seeking a Shared Ownership Sales Negotiator in Lewisham. This role involves managing the entire sales process for a thriving development while guiding first-time buyers. Location: Lewisham, London
Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + up to £20,000 commission per year + £800 per annum phone allowance
Contract: Full‑time, 5 days per week on rota (Sunday & Monday off) | 10am‑6pm
