Overview

New Homes Sales Negotiator’s – Residential Developer – Berkshire

Salary: up to £28,000 (DOE) plus competitive OTE
Location: Berkshire
Region: Berkshire

My client is a leading residential developer based in Berkshire and they are currently looking for experienced Sales Negotiator’s to work on a number of luxury developments in the Berkshire area.

The ideal candidate must have New Homes Sales Experience ideally for a residential developer/top house builder within London or surrounding counties.

Responsibilities

  • Must be highly motivated and target driven along with the desire to succeed and progress within the company.
  • Must have excellent Negotiation skills.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Proven track record in selling new build homes.

What’s on offer

In return the company can offer you a strong salary and competitive OTE along with progression within the company as they are known to retain staff and promote within.

You will report into the Sales/Area Sales Manager and will be based on one of their current flagship projects.

They are looking to interview potential candidates ASAP for the position with the successful applicants due to start in February 2018 depending on availability.
