uttypical is a forward‑thinking housebuilder delivering high standards in design, build quality and service. We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our Kiln Grove, Woolpit site on a permanent contract, with weekend work included.

The role supports two branded houses, Tilia Homes and Hopkins Homes, and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and efficient home buying processes. A valid UK driving licence and IT literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in the sale of homes, preferably new homes.
• Clear and effective communicator in both verbal and written communication.
• A good understanding of lenders and the financial aspects of purchasing a home.
• IT literate using Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure show homes are presented to the highest quality.
• Assist in making the home buying process efficient.
• Build positive relationships with customers and external parties.
• Attend to the needs of visitors, customers and potential purchasers.
• Manage on-site administration.
• Maintain the highest standard of health and safety.
