We're thrilled to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious 5-star housebuilder for an exceptional New Homes Sales Consultant to join their team in Cambridge.

This is a exciting opportunity to be part of a brand new development launch. Our client is seeking an ambitious and personable Sales Consultant to join a small, collaborative team of two from the very beginning of this prestigious project.

Location: Cambridge
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Commission (100% paid on exchange)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

The Role

As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Welcoming prospective buyers and providing exceptional customer service
  • Conducting viewings and showcasing the quality and features of the development
  • Guiding customers through the entire sales journey from initial enquiry to exchange
  • Building strong relationships and maintaining regular contact with buyers
  • Working collaboratively with your sales colleague to achieve and exceed targets
  • Managing the sales process with professionalism and attention to detail
The Ideal Candidate

You’ll need:

  • Experience in either New Homes Sales, High-end retail, Car sales or Estate agency
  • A genuine passion for sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ambition and self-motivation
  • A professional and polished approach
  • A full UK driving licence (mileage paid at 45p per mile)
The Package
  • £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary
