Qualifications

• Experience in new homes sales or estate agency is preferred, but strong sales professionals from other sectors will be considered.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills are essential.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Guide buyers from first enquiry to handover of keys, ensuring an exceptional customer experience on site.
• Collaborate with developers and purchasers to ensure smooth, professional sales processes.
