A prominent house building agency in the New Milton area is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator. The position offers a generous salary along with a commission structure. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years' experience in fast-paced development or with a similar national house builder. Responsibilities include communicating with customers, negotiating sales details, using a CRM system, and attending to customer leads to maximize sales. This role is scheduled from Thursday to Monday with one weekend off.

My Client is a beautiful house builder looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work in the New Milton area. You will be offered a generous salary and a great commission structure.

Thursday to Monday role with one weekend off.

If you're looking to step into a large corporate structure but with a family feel this could be the right move for you.

The ideal person will need at least 2 years' experience working on fast placed development or working with a similar national house builder.

  • You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all customers, have excellent communication and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Negotiate the sales details with purchases
  • Be confident to use a CRM system
  • You will need to drive to other developments to cover appointments.
  • You will need to chase up customer leads, follow up on appointments and to try and maximise sales
  • Be the primary contact up to an including completion
  • Ensure the sales area is well presented at all times
  • Portray a professional image
  • Assisting clients with optional extra
