Lindum Homes is the Group's house building division and one of Lincolnshire's leading house builders producing bespoke high end, modern homes for market sale on new build developments in and around Lincoln.
We are currently seeking a full‑time Finishing/Snagging Operative to assist in the completion of Lindum Homes' projects within travelling distance of Lincoln. A valid driving licence is essential.
The position will include managing finishes on Lindum Homes and include touching up decorations, mastic and sealant works and undertaking snagging lists from build and client inspections. This role will be customer fronting at times with some customer care duties post completion and therefore may require an innovative and proactive approach to problem solving.
You will be required to plan effectively ensuring all deadlines are met, so you must be organised and have the ability to prioritise your workload with great attention to detail. Experience in Joinery is beneficial along with a working knowledge of all trades.
