TSR Legal in Cardiff have the perfect opportunity for a Legal Executive with experience in general litigation to join an established department with a varied caseload of general litigation matters at an established practice.

To be considered you must be a qualified Fee Earner already specialising in general litigation work and have experience in dealing with a varied case load. The position is based at the firms Central Cardiff offices.

The role would involve handling a diverse caseload of general litigation matters including:

• Civil and commercial disputes, landlord & tenant, debt claims, boundary disputes andcontract disputes

Requirements:

As a guide, this role would be suitable for a Litigation Executive with three or more years experience.

You will have first-class communication skills

Able to work closely with colleagues within your team, and the wider department
