Job summary

Jobs2Web in Manchester seeks a Finance Business Partner to lead financial support for two UK units with combined revenue of about £150m. You will deliver monthly management accounts, variance analysis and forward-looking commentary to divisional MDs and the Group CFO.

You will own budgeting and quarterly reforecasting, build robust financial models for investment appraisal and pricing, and drive cost and margin improvements while supporting strategic finance projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a finance business partner or equivalent.
• Strong financial modeling and scenario planning skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to two of XYZ Inc's UK business units, with combined revenues of approximately £150m
• Deliver monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and forward-looking commentary to divisional MDs and the Group CFO
• Own the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting process for your business units
• Build robust financial models to support investment appraisal, pricing decisions, and commercial negotiations
• Identify and track delivery of cost and margin improvement initiatives
• Support the Group CFO on strategic finance projects including potential acquisitions and new market entry
• Manage and develop one Finance Analyst reporting into this role
• Ensure compliance with group financial controls and accounting policies
