Job summary

Rodericks Dental Partners in Neath is offering an FD+1 scheme for a Newly Qualified Dentist at London Road Dental Centre. This bespoke post-foundation year provides structured training, real-world learning, and expert mentorship across NHS and Private dentistry.

You'll work with an experienced team, benefit from strong clinical support on site, and have opportunities to progress within the 220+ practices across the UK, including Invisalign and Denplan private care offerings.

Qualifications

• FD+1 scheme with structured training and mentorship.
• Experience in NHS and private dentistry is desirable but not required for this entry-level scheme.
• Commitment to the patient-centred approach and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Participation in the FD+1 year with hands-on clinical practice.
• Support from a dedicated clinical lead and on-site Hygienist and Therapist.
• Access to CPD, mentorship, and progression opportunities across the network.
