Job description

TSR Legal is working in partnership with a leading national law firm to recruit a Corporate Solicitor 4+PQE to join its expanding Corporate team based in Cardiff, with a particular focus on healthcare and dental sector transactions.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded practice advising a broad client base that includes healthcare operators, dental groups, private equity backed providers and individual practitioners. The role offers high quality corporate work, strong client exposure and clear long term career progression within a supportive and forward thinking environment.

The successful candidate will advise on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, start ups and general corporate advisory work. A key element of the role will involve healthcare related transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of dental and medical practices, corporate structuring of healthcare groups, and advising practitioners on incorporations, growth strategies and exit planning. The role will involve close collaboration with specialist regulatory and property teams on sector specific matters.

Applicants should have solid corporate transactional experience and either existing exposure to healthcare work or a strong interest in developing this specialism. Excellent client handling skills and a commercial approach are essential.
