My client is a lovely firm with offices in Newport and they’re seeking Contentious Wills and Trusts Solicitor to work as part of their growing disputes team.

The ideal candidate will already have a solid grounding in this practice area and have experienced of dealing with the Inheritance Act, contested wills, executor disputes and equitable interest claims.

They have some exciting opportunities and are a growing team, and as such they have a variety of opportunities from 3 plus PQE to Associate within the team. What’s important is a passion for client service and a desire to make a difference within the team.

You will be working with clients who are going through some of the most difficult times in their life and playing a key role in supporting them and the team. You’ll be working within a supportive and dynamic business with access to key stakeholders in an open and communicative culture.

They’re flexible about PQE level, and as a leading law firm they’re able to offer agile working for lawyers that have the best fit for the team.
