About You

New Car Sales Executive who has an enthusiastic personality and is self‑motivated.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Main Dealer or similar role.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Software.
  • Live within commutable distance to IG11 9PG.
  • Full driving licence held minimum 6 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and support colleagues within your team.
  • Listen well and influence and persuade in both positive and negative circumstances.

Requirements

To be eligible for a company vehicle, you must be 19 years old and hold a full driving licence for a minimum period of 6 months.

Application Process

For your first 5 days in the business, you will attend our residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you will learn all about our business before you start your new role. You will then return to the induction academy during your first month for a further 3 days to complete your training.
