We require a New Car Retail Manager to support the Sales Manager in leading the Sales Team to provide an industry‑leading customer experience to our new or used car customers, ensuring that they are presented with the best and most relevant information in order to assist them with a purchasing decision.
To be eligible for a company vehicle, you must be 19 years old and hold a full driving licence for a minimum period of 6 months.
For your first 8 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
