Overview

razorblue role: We are looking for a New Business Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities will encompass:

Responsibilities
  • New Business Development: Respond to prospect inquiries, nurture opportunities for growth, build strong relationships, and craft tailored pitches for specific sectors.
  • Tender Management: Identify tender opportunities and prepare the company’s responses, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Quotations, Orders & Invoicing: Collaborate with support teams to provide accurate quotes, create service contracts, and invoice clients efficiently.
  • Sales Administration: Prepare meeting presentations, manage opportunities in PipeDrive, follow up leads proactively, and host prospects at the office.
  • Internal Collaboration: Participate in sales meetings and hand over secured projects to the Project Manager for smooth execution.
  • Prospecting: Generate leads, book appointments with potential clients, and attend networking events/expos to uncover new opportunities.

Our perfect candidate should have a wealth of knowledge spanning various technologies and being able to use these skills to deliver five star solutions that keep our clients happy is a must!

Qualifications
  • Excellent proven IT background, ideally for a Microsoft Partner/Managed Service Provider
  • Commercially aware with proven sales experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Adaptable and proactive approach to evolving client needs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Must hold full clean UK Driving Licence
  • Must be able to deal with technical product information
  • Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation.
  • Well versed in managing a busy workload and adhering to deadlines.
  • Excellent conversational fluency in English is required to clearly explain complex technical issues
