The Opportunity

Key Internal Relationships:

  • Senior Financial Crime Advisers
  • Client and Matter Data Manager
  • Senior Conflicts Advisers

Key Responsibilities:

  • The primary focus of this role is to carry out various data cleansing activities as part of a key ongoing firm project.
  • Various administrative tasks.
  • Triaging queries that come into some of the team's shared mailboxes.
  • Supporting the day-to-day tasks conducted by the team responsible for conducting and clearing conflict checks.
  • Supporting the day-to-day tasks conducted by the team responsible for carrying out client due diligence on the firm's client base.
  • Supporting the day-to-day tasks conducted by the team responsible for client and matter set up.
  • Supporting and participating in discrete projects as needed.
  • Any other duties as required.

Please note, the work in this role would not constitute "qualifying work experience" for the purposes of the Solicitors Qualifying Exam.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Degree educated or similar level.
  • LPC qualified desirable.
  • Previous paralegal experience desirable (with a preference for experience in a City practice).
