Our client is seeking a New Business Executive to join their team. This role combines sales, client relationship management, and compliance, playing a key part in attracting new clients for the Property Law department and supporting revenue growth.

What will be expected of you?
  • Respond to new client and introducer enquiries via phone, email, and online, qualifying leads and assessing their needs.
  • Track and follow up on leads to maximise conversion opportunities using the firm’s CMS.
  • Provide clear, tailored information, proposals, and fee estimates to prospective clients.
  • Promote the firm’s property services and identify opportunities to upsell additional offerings.
  • Manage client onboarding, collecting required information and documentation.
  • Complete AML checks, ID verification, and source of funds/wealth reviews.
  • Work closely with fee earners to ensure a smooth handover once matters are opened.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and marketing sources.
  • Support business development and marketing initiatives, identifying cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Achieve agreed targets for new client acquisition and revenue growth.
