• Proven experience as a Care Home Manager and/or Registered Manager.
• Strong track record managing elderly care homes.
• Experience as the CQC Registered Manager.

Responsibilities

• Full operational leadership of a CQC‑registered care home.
• Acting as the Registered Manager with the CQC.
• Leading the commissioning and opening of a new build care home.
• Managing all aspects of elderly residential and/or nursing care.
• Recruiting, managing, and developing the care home team.
• Ensuring ongoing CQC compliance, inspections, and quality standards.
• Managing budgets, occupancy, and performance as Care Home Manager.
• Building strong relationships with families, professionals, and stakeholders.
