We are offering Permanent New and Used Sales Executive roles with a basic salary of £21,000 and the potential to make a generous commission, for which the OTE can reach £38,000. The role also offers benefits such as subsidised manufacturer car purchase schemes, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted gym membership and high‑street retailer discounts.

About the Role

As a Sytner Sales Executive you will be the key point of contact for customers during the car‑buying journey, communicating with customers to support and understand their needs. You will work flexible patterns, which may include weekends, to provide the highest possible levels of service.

About You

You will have good interpersonal skills, take pride in face‑to‑face customer engagement, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. A full and valid UK driving licence is also beneficial. Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre; all successful applicants will receive details once the role has closed.
