Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated administrative coordinator to support the Skull Base Neurosurgery team by managing patient admissions, scheduling clinics, and coordinating complex inpatient and day‑case activity, in line with NHS standards.
You will maintain PAS/EPR records, ensure timely PAS updates, and deliver a high‑quality service to patients, clinicians and external partners while working within a busy environment at one of Bristol's major hospitals.

The postholder will work closely with the Skull Base Neurosurgery team to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Neurosurgery service. This role combines responsibilities for managing outpatient appointments and coordinating complex inpatient and daycase activity. Key duties include ensuring the efficient scheduling of specialist clinics, admissions and theatre lists, maintaining accurate patient records and delivering a high quality, responsive service to patients, clinicians and external stakeholders.
